What is the one best thing about working at P&G?P&G
is truly living up to the way they brand themselves to the outside
world. I love the different backgrounds and cultures of my colleagues.
In addition, you get responsibility early on in your career, even
though I don't have the gray hairs normally associated with
responsibility.
What was your biggest challenge in the first 3 months after starting with P&G?Getting
responsibility early on in your career also comes with the necessary
challenges. In the beginning I felt lost in a category that I knew
nothing about. In addition, everybody and everything is moving quickly
within P&G. There is no such thing as a boring working week within
P&G.
What is the one piece of advice you have for future applicants?Besides
being well prepared and having good real life examples ready for during
your interviews, my advice to you is to not be afraid to show the real
you and shine. As P&G is truly a diverse company, personality
really counts.
