Please describe your career in P&G so far (i.e. including locations, functions and GBU/MDO)
I joined P&G in Geneva as Assistant CMK Manager in Baby Care, working on Pampers. After 2 years I moved to Pharmaceuticals as CMK Manager, still based in Geneva. I had two assignments in Pharmaceuticals, with a maternity leave in the middle. Following my second maternity leave I moved to Personal Healthcare, as CMK Manager, and am working there today.
What is the one best thing about working at P&G?
For me, it is the opportunity to work in a dynamic, invigorating, multi-cultural environment.
What was your biggest challenge in the first 3 months after starting with P&G?
Getting to grips with all the acronyms was definitely the most challenging! Understanding the company structure and where I fitted into that came a close second.
