Maria Angela Franza

Where did you start your career?
I got the degree in International Relations and then I did some different work experiences in Rome and New York.
I attended an internship at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in International Relations and then I joined the Italian Cultural Institute in New York where I was responsible for International relations and event management in cinema and visual art. I joined P&G in 2008 working as part of the External Relation team on beauty brands and I fall in love for this job.

What was your biggest challenge in the first 3 months after starting with P&G?
My biggest challenge was to get know people, the structure of the company and all the acronyms they used, which are a lot.

What is the one piece of advice you have for future applicants?
Be prepared and open for everything since day one; challenges and responsibilities at P&G start since the first day at the job. Last but not least don’t forget to have fun, all the people in P&G are great and you will enjoy everyday at work.
