What is the one best thing about working at P&G?
"The people" without any doubt. Every day I feel that I am working with the best people out there, not only from a professional but also from a personal point of view, Each day I feel that I can learn new things from them, helping my growth, and also that I can count and trust them to get the Job done. We are truly a Team.
 
What was your biggest learning at work?
I believe that leading a multifunctional team and making the team and projects advance in the right direction is my biggest learning, saying the word "Lead" is quite easy but translate that into a reality is another picture, P&G organization and every day work help you accomplish this.
 
What is the one piece of advice you have for future applicants?
Be prepared and open for everything since day one, challenges at P&G starts since the first day at the job, so just be prepared and have fun.
