What was your biggest challenge in the first 3 months after starting with P&G?Get to know rapidly all team members well.
What was your biggest learning at work?
Learning to get people around you excited about your work, so that they are willing to help you.
What was your most exciting project?
A project to identify learnings from an initiative launch on tactical plan to recommend on how best to launch in Australia and Spain. What was great was to work with marketing lead from France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain and Australia. I went also out two days on the field.
