What is the one best thing about working at P&G?
Having the world in my office. Every day I am in touch with people from all over the globe. Through phone calls, meetings and trips I get to work with people with different nationalities and culture with diverse experiences. It makes work exciting.

What was your most exciting project?
To lead a cross functional team to evaluate and qualify new suppliers. This involved a very challenging mix of leading internal teamwork as well as external communication, and to all along retain the clear objective and strategy.

What is the one piece of advice you have for future applicants?
Try to enjoy and utilize the huge amount of personalities, skills and knowledge within the organization. It makes work fun!
