[19.10.2007]After a sad week-end with the French team’s defeat, I came back home Sunday afternoon to prepare my week.
And a hard week began with a display of shampoo to make in a Casino shop. I did it with three people, the client was satisfied and my objectives have been reached. Tuesday: big journey for the referencing of P&G products. I met two important clients and I did two good appointments in terms of contact and business. Wednesday, I began again with displays: shampoo and diapers in an Intermarché supermarket and I was also focused along the day on the referencing. It’s the first goal of my work. But the results were also good in terms of operations sold because I sold some special offers on grooming with the brand Gillette.
I think you can understand why I spoke about a hard week. When we make displays, we have to be at 6 o’clock in the shops to do the work before the opening and we have the road to travel. But I find time to make some sport two evenings per week and to meet my colleague Martin, who works on the same sector as me for other brands. And the most important, it’s that my results are increasing. So as the saying says: “results reward efforts”. That also a thing that I like at P&G: the “reward culture”.
Next week, I will have my end month meeting with my team. We will spend two days at Anglet near Biarritz. We will come back on the results and see our next objectives. But it’s next week, there is still four days to increase my results, it begins with three appointments tomorrow.
It remains for me to say: enjoy your week-end. As for me I will try to sleep a little more and to play some sport.
See you next week,
Marion.
[12.10.2007]Hello all!
It's my first weekly blog and I'm very glad to share my experience with you.
After a week-end shared between friends at Bordeaux and work at home (Agen) to prepare my week, I began a new week, again full of surprises (good or bad!).
Monday, I went in two supermarkets and one hypermarket for an appointment to sell the important period of Christmas on appliances, with Cindy, a colleague, who took care of some of my clients, because there was nobody during five months on my area.
Tuesday, it was the most important day of my week in terms of business because I met two big clients with my unity boss. But this journey was also very interesting for me in terms of training. That's what I like in this firm: it continually offers the possibility to be trained and to advance.
And at P&G, we don't stop, so wednesday, I kept on at 5 o'clock in the morning with two displays (shampoo and diapers) to make. I have assigned 3 people for this mission to help me.
After that, I sold 3 displays in another supermarket.
To the rhythm of 3 or 4 shops per day, the week goes on with new challenges every day.
Between my appointments, I find time to call other clients, my colleagues on the unity, my boss, and some friends to organize some nights out for this week-end and particularly to watch the semifinal of rugby : France / UK. Allez les bleus!
See you next week for other adventures!
Bisous.
Marion.
