Do you have a passion for technology and do you want to go even further and enhance your general management skills? Then we have a great opportunity for you: Join the P&G Production Management Challenge!
During these challenging three days, you will discover what Manufacturing and Engineering at P&G is like and work together with other students and experienced P&G managers in a fun and stimulating environment. It's a perfect occasion to get to know P&G from the inside, experience the real business world and make an informed decision about your future career.
During the Production Management Challenge you will have the opportunity to:
Learn and experience everything about Manufacturing and Engineering within P&G. Gain insight into business topics as people management, finance, employee relations etc. Apply your knowledge to real-life case studies and work together with other students in a team. You will make business decisions and present recommendations to our management group. A broad cross selection of managers will be your trainers and will tap your full potential. Visit the plant in Mechelen and take a deep dive into the production processes of Pringles and washing tablets! Visit our Innovation Center in Brussels! Have lots of fun! Our evening programme offers leisure activities to get to know the other students as well as P&G managers.
Who?
We are looking for:
final year students studying in Belgium or in the Netherlands with a technical university background eager to be challenged by P&G’s management with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate in teams fluent in English (seminar will be held in English) to cover the whole of Belgium and the Netherlands
The Production Management Challenge took place on December 9-11 2009.

The Production Management Challenge takes place in the Novotel Mechelen in Belgium.
P&G will cover the cost for accommodation and transportation!
