From finishing university in 2014, I have six years of HR experience, solely in manufacturing/engineering environments. My assignment at P&G has been created to support the London Plant Distribution Centre with its recent acquisition of approximately 150 employees. When I joined P&G I was immediately aware that I was being set up for success. There had clearly been time spent considering and planning all of the tools I would need to be able to hit the ground running and immediately be able to make in impact. This proactive approach to onboarding has meant that I’ve been able to work through a lot of the acquisition challenges more quickly than I could have, had that foundation not been set.
