P&G in Poland


In 1991, P&G started its operations in Poland. To date P&G has invested over 1 billion USD in Poland, making it one of the top international companies. P&G’s investment history started in 1994 with Pampers Plant in Targówek which at that time, was one of the largest foreign P&G plants based in the country.

For over 30 years, P&G 30+ brands not only have served the Polish consumers, but also created about 5000 jobs in plants, general office, distribution center, as well as in two centers of expertise. With its footprint in the country, P&G is one of the most respected consumer goods companies in Poland. P&G products are present in over 90% of Polish households.

Then, the Future Finance Leaders Program at P&G is for you! It is managerial development program and intensive preparation for a business management role with a duration of 6 to 12 months. Main intention is to provide you with a permanent managerial position upon successful completion of the program. As a build from within company, we find our Trainees to be the best pipeline of talent for our permanent positions. 


WHAT WILL YOU DO IN OUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT?

During the program, you will contribute to our business development and decision-making process, gaining exposure to current business challenges like fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce) and customer reality. With the support of your manager and team, you will lead independent projects and be responsible for their success in diverse areas, that can include:
  • Analyzing the market landscape to refine business strategies;

Supply Chain – Market Operations

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN OUR LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT?

  • Beginning with overseeing our materials all the way to placing our brands in the hands of shoppers, you’ll play your part as an expert integrator for supply across our many operations. 
  • You’ll start within one of our 15 diverse work areas, plan the demand and supply for the market, and then work to create the physical design of our supply networks across the world.

pon joining SNH, you will be assigned a role in one of the supply chain areas, such as production planning, demand planning, materials supply, artwork, or physical distribution. You can grow in areas such as supply chain operations, data analysis, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.


WHAT WILL YOU DO IN SNH?


  • Collaboration Projects: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, manufacturing plants, and business partners from diverse international and professional backgrounds to ensure efficient planning and coordination;
  • Performance Optimization Projects: Analyze inventory, service metrics, market trends, and sales data to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for optimizing supply chain performance;

  • Be a part of a diverse international team managing our leading brands;
  • Analyze business and building recommendations to enhance your strategic and business thinking skills;
  • Gain local consumer insights and competitive understanding together with our Analytics & Insights team;
  • Design & execute impactful communication campaigns (media, sampling, CRM, endorsements, PR, events etc.), collaborating with agencies on best-in-class plans & toolkits (regional campaign localization or development of local campaigns);
  • Co-lead strategic innovation programs (monitoring execution in market and design of future programs);
