P&G BeautyHouse is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Beauty Care team!

P&G’s BeautyHouse, the multidisciplinary design studio supporting our beauty brands around the world. We are comprised of a diverse array of skills, backgrounds, and viewpoints. We collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Package Development to generate a broad spectrum of insights.  Our Design Ethos is born from a rebellion against the ordinary, a hard-working pursuit of the outstanding, and a dedicated devotion to igniting desire through design!

As a BeautyHouse Graphic Designer within P&G, you will focus on developing a broad range of creative work, consisting of 2D package design, Instore, and digital activation. As a hands-on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver established design concepts to finished executions.

What You’ll Do:

  • With a hands-on approach you will build concepts implementing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
  • Communicate and uphold conceptual and directional choices.
  • Be accountable for excellent execution.

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
  • 2-5 years of full-time packaging and in-store design experience (outside of freelance work).

Preferred Qualification:

  • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in design principles and brand identity.
  • Experience in designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.
  • Knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles and a familiarity with AI-enabled tools used in creating quick prototypes, design iterations, improving ideation speed and creativity. 

Starting Pay / Salary Range:  $85,000 to $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
