Make an Impact from Day 1
The 2026 Summer Internship is a key opportunity to join P&G as a new hire. We extend full-time job offers based on your performance and may provide one before your graduation.

At P&G, being an intern or a new hire does not limit your opportunities for growth. You will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use your initiative, and build billion-dollar brands from Day 1.
Lead and Own Impactful Projects
Take the opportunity to lead exciting projects within your applied function. You will develop growth strategies for a brand, design go-to-market plans for new channels, assess our business drivers financially, or create key systems to track product supply.

You will also have the opportunity to engage with your managers and even high-level leaders, influencing and guiding them instead of simply following instructions.
Experience World Class Training
You will receive one-on-one coaching from a P&G professional who will help you lead your project and achieve fast-paced growth. 

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to visit the Singapore HQ office during the internship period and experience P&G’s world class training.
