Employee Education Plan

The Company encourages employees to acquire knowledge and skills in fields that can be directly associated with the individual’s career development and job requirements.  Towards this end, the Company has provided a plan for refund of 100% tuition, registration and laboratory fees (up to $5000 per fiscal year) to an employee who successfully completes approved courses. All permanent employees with at least six months of continuous full-time employment with the Company are eligible to participate in this program.

Wealth Creation

P&G is your partner in helping create long-term wealth through retirement contributions

Through the P&G Pension Plan (eligibility after 1 year of continuous service) employees receive Company contributions to their retirement plan.  The Company’s contribution increases every 5 years up to a maximum of 7% of an employee’s base salary.   The plan allows for an additional voluntary contribution by the employee of 1-2% which is matched by P&G.

Build for the future through the voluntary group savings plan

New hires can contribute to P&G Group Savings Plans – RRSP, Spousal RRSP, TFSA, NRSP (non-registered) and P&G shares via ISOP to save for retirement as soon as they start via payroll deductions or through Excess Choice Benefit Credits.
After 1 year of continuous service, new hires are enrolled in a Defined Contribution Pension Plan.

ISOP: International Stock Ownership Plan

The International Stock Ownership Plan (ISOP) allows employees to buy P&G stock through automatic payroll deduction (1% to 20% of base pay) with a company match of 50% on your first 1-5% of Basic Deposits.  You are eligible for ISOP at date of hire.
