Production Plant IT Manager

We are offering 2 roles - ITOT End-to-End Operations Leader and Site Digital Technology Leader which are shaping the future of our operations, ensuring they are at the cutting edge of technological advancement.

As ITOT End-to-End Operations Leader you will:

Lead a range of IT projects that contribute to driving Digital Stewardship and continuous improvements. Your accountability will extend to critical IT focus areas at the plant, ensuring fault-free operations and compliance with IT standards.

You will be accountable for the following IT focus areas at the plant, as described below.
    Deliver site critical Projects & Priorities:
    • Lead & deliver small to medium site projects such as Site expansion, Automation & Optimization
    • Lead & deploy global projects in manufacturing sites such as network upgradation, manufacturing application upgrade.

    Lead site E2E Service Operations:
    • Own IT Operations at a Manufacturing Site Owns IT Operations at a Manufacturing Site (IT Change, Incident & Problem Management) & IT Compliance processes: Asset Management, IT Continuity.
    • Own IT Facilities like Data Centers and Manages IT infrastructure components in a production environmentIT Change, Incident & Problem Management) & IT Compliance processes: Asset Management, IT Continuity. Owns IT Facilities like Data Centers and Manages IT infrastructure components in a production environment.

    Deliver site Value Protection Compliance priorities:
    • Drive Digital Stewardship and IT Standards: IT Continuity (Risk/ Disaster Management), Application Management, Asset management etc.

    Foundations of IT Infrastructure:
    • Manage applications and infrastructure components in a production environment.
    • For this area you need Basic understanding of IT infrastructure with a strong desire to upgrade expertise. This includes servers, Networking, Voice, Mobility and Personal Computing.

    Working in the ITOT organization at P&G provides you with the opportunity to broaden your IT skills, develop an understanding of different fields like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Data Flow. Align plans, resolve challenges, and drive results in an agile environment.

    Key stack/framework for this role includes ITIL, SQL, CCNA, Client management, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, Networking, Voice, Mobility
    As Site Digital Technology Leader, you will:

    Shape the Digital Journey of our Manufacturing Site through collaborative efforts. Working closely with Site Leadership, you'll define strategic directions and prioritize initiatives for the site's digital transformation. This involves crafting and taking ownership of the site's comprehensive digital master plan.

    You will lead the following areas, as described below.
      Technology and Process Innovation:
      • Define and implement new technologies and processes that meet site-specific needs and can be scaled globally.
      • Support a differentiated business model and ensure a secure operational environment in conjunction with a global network of technology leaders.

      Governance and Budget Management:
      • Lead Site Digital Governance, ensuring compliance and effective oversight.
      • Manage and allocate budgets in alignment with strategic objectives.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Apply ITIL, project management, engineering, cybersecurity, and leadership skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
      • Align plans, resolve challenges, and drive results in an agile environment.
       
      Operational Excellence:
      • Address operational incidents and challenges related to digital manufacturing and distribution technology.
      • Implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
       
      Skill Development and Capacity Building:
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
      • Deliver upskilling initiatives to enhance the digital technology capabilities of the team.
