THE EVENT


During this 1.5-day event, you will have the chance to: 
  • Get a deep insight into P&G R&D and our latest technology for smart consumer devices.
  • See how all different functions like Mechanical Design, Electronic Design & Software Development, Data Science, Material Science and Process Development work seamlessly on our vision.
  • Challenge yourself with a real case study focused on creating a new product, guided by R&D experts.
  • Explore our state-of-the-art R&D Labs and witness where innovation comes to life.
  • Network with R&D managers and young professionals to gain a firsthand understanding of daily operations.
  • Get to know potential thesis or internship topics in R&D.

    YOUR PROFILE


    • You are a student or recent graduate of the following fields of study:
      • Electrical-, Electronic-, Embedded Software-, Mechanical-, (Bio) Medical-, Process- Engineering, Physics, Data Science or similar
    • You are a resident within Europe
    • You are enthusiastic about solving complex technical challenges and bringing innovative product ideas to fruition.
    • You have a keen interest in developing device software and/or hardware concepts.
    • You are motivated to manage multifunctional device projects.
    • You are available for a minimum of 3 months and up to 12 months for an internship, with flexible start dates on the 1st of each month. For thesis projects, please plan for a duration of 6 months.
    • You possess proficient communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

    STEP 1: APPLICATION
     Application Deadline: 23rd of December 2025 (limited seats) - You must complete the online tests within 7 days after your application submission.

    • Please submit your CV as a separate document.
    • Include a copy of your university diploma and transcript.
    • Provide copies of relevant work experience, internship, and volunteering certificates or reference letters.

     STEP 2: ONLINE ASSESSMENT


    After application, you need to complete the online assessment within 7 days.
    You can prepare for these tests by taking a closer look at our assessment website.

    STEP 3: FUTURE LEADERS EVENT


    Once you have passed the CV Screening, we will invite a selection of candidates to the event to get insights of P&G and to find out more about work in R&D.
    If selected, you will receive an invitation email with more details 2-3 weeks prior to the event.  
    All expenses (accommodation, meals, and travel) are covered by P&G.

    STEP 4: PEAK Interviews
