No. This is not a recruitment program. The Head & Shoulders Campus Ambassadorship is a brand and employer branding initiative focusing on campuses. Participation or non-selection has no impact on your eligibility for internships or full-time opportunities at P&G.

3. Does participation help me in future P&G applications?

While the program is not a recruitment process, being an ambassador gives you valuable exposure to P&G’s culture, employer branding, and professional network. This experience may strengthen your understanding of the company but it is not a substitute for the formal recruitment process.

4. How are ambassadors selected?

Selection is based on applications and shortlisted candidates will be invited to coffee talk interviews.

5. How long does the program run?

The program will run for one academic year, with timelines and deliverables defined by the P&G team.
