No. The Future Sales Leaders Academy is a development program, designed to help students explore the world of P&G Sales through a combination of online and in-person learning experiences, masterclasses, business insights, and hands-on opportunities.

No. Since the Academy is separate from P&G’s recruitment process, being selected or not selected will have no impact on your current or future applications, recruitment journey, or opportunities with P&G.

No. Participation in the Academy does not enable employment or an internship at P&G. Any future applications to P&G roles will follow the standard recruitment and assessment process.

We encourage participants to attend as many sessions as possible to get the full Academy experience. To receive the P&G Future Sales Leaders Academy Certificate, you will need to attend at least 4 out of 6 sessions.

No previous Sales experience is required. We are looking for students who are curious, motivated, and enthusiastic about Sales, commercial strategy, and the world of P&G.

Yes. Participants who meet the role requirements are welcome to apply once the P&G Sales Manager and Internship positions open on November 2. The application and selection process for the roles will remain independent from the Academy.
