We are looking for the best talent for our commercial team in Guadalajara to be:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (HEALTH)

Management position

Start date: as soon as possible.

Location: Guadalajara

Working hours: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: University graduate (any specialty) and 3-5 experience years

We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with others while performing a role in our Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with customers to drive business growth and achieve targets.

  • Business Plan Alignment to achieve category targets

  • Ensure strategic execution of business plans

  • Comply with Stewardship through the business processes

  • Constant data analysis

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, Excel, english, minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to follow guidelines and procedures

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

  • Prior experience in sales or detailing is a plus but not required

  • Customer business negotiation

  • Data analysis

  • Execute with excellence

  • Experience in pharma industry is a plus

  • Travel Availability
