As a Site Initiative Initiatives Manager at P&G, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of the company. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the our departments to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

The Job Scope includes: 

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives, including the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and make informed recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Monitor and track the progress of initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and align with the company's strategic direction.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may arise during the implementation of initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Min. BSC degree in bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken

  • Project/Initiative management Leader

  • Multifunctional Team management

  • Risk communication

  • Weekly, daily report updates, sharing,

  • Collaboration with different teams within the site and outside the site,

  • Working in multifunctional teams on projects, leading critical path schedules

  • Loss elimination mindset

Skills:

  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel

  • Working experience in MS Project, SAP (*6P).
