Procter & Gamble Amiens plant, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world. We specialize in the production of household and cleaning products and every day we produce millions of bottles of trusted brands like Ariel®, Lenor® and Febreze® to serve our consumers around the world.

The Packaging department is at the heart of our Supply Chain. By joining our Packaging department as a Packaging Process Engineer Apprentice, you will be in the field to propose improvement actions and thus ensure the evolution and optimization of existing processes.

During your apprenticeship, you will be in charge of constant improvement of production lines in order to increase their efficiency (reduction of changeover times, reduction of stoppages, etc.) and will be responsible for:

  • Collecting data in the field and analyzing the data

  • Managing the PDCA cycle of changes (Plan-Do-Check-Act)

  • Implementing and monitoring follow-up of technical action plans

  • Operators’ training to increase their capability

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a student in Engineering school or at Master level in a university, ideally with a specialization in mechanics, automation, industrial engineering, or logistics/supply chain

  • You are fluent in French. A good English level is appreciated

  • You are proficient in Pack Office

  • You have an appetite for new technologies

  • You have proven your ability to work in a team with cohesion and efficiency

  • You are proactive and have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
