We are looking for talent in our Mariscala Plant for the Manager position of:

Human Resources Manager

Start Day: As soon as possible

Location: Mariscala.

The HR Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of expert advice in various HR disciplines, HR strategy, projects, HRM policies, Regional Office manuals and collective agreement development and application.

The incumbent of the position is an active member of the HR Division’s management team. 

As part of this function, you will:

  • Be responsible for legal compliance and excellent internal control processes with contract audits, proper employee set up in the system and first payment assurance.

  • Is an expert who fills a cross-functional leadership role to effectively network and drive effective business results to understand other areas business needs regarding staffing needs.

  • Responsible for payroll of technician and administrative employees. This includes benefits.

  • Becomes an expert in time & attendance system.

  • Implement standards of the company

  • Responsible for Social Responsibility & internal programs in citizenship such as LGBT group, People with disabilities group.

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to key leaders and teams at the site for hiring and recruiting activities, as well as the on boarding process for all new hires and follow up to their needs the first 6 months leading to their first evaluation.

  • Responsible for employee’s services group (dining room, transportation)

  • Responsible for culture developing in the organization Responsible for event planning of the site: development events, integration events.

  • Follow up on any issue regarding payment to ee and ensure accurate payment and on time.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience working in HR

  • Preference to have worked in HR processes or recruiting processes

  • Bachelor degree in administration or industrial engineer

  • Recruiting experience

  • HR experience

  • English advanced proficiency level
