Human Resources Employee Relations Manager

The HR Employee Relations Manager would promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being. He or she could develop, schedule, and conduct technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance.

Graduated recently with a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree, and have a major or concentration
in any of these areas – Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors
2+ years of HR work experience; Employee Relations work experience preferred
