Working in this team means being a total business owner- not just a marketer. You will be the vision and strategy behind your brand-developing marketing plans and driving innovation. You'll work with a large cross-functional team to identify consumers, shoppers, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably.


The Brand Management function produces the majority of the company’s General Managers as well as future CEO’s of P&G. Marketing at P&G is about growing our Brands, Business, and People. You will help us remain on the state of the art of marketing, helping us find new and exciting ways to reach consumers.


You will be a catalyst to the brand’s strategic choices, product, and commercial innovations, holistic communication plans, and brand executions across all media and consumer touchpoints.

From Day One, you'll be assigned full responsibility for your brand and business results and be accountable for developing and executing strategies and plans in partnership with internal multi-discipline teams and external creative and communication agencies. To be successful in this role, you will need strong passion and strength in consumer, customer, and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.

Your Team
This role reports to a Brand Manager.

How Success Looks Like
Our assignments offer you the chance to create an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills. You will work as the Marketing leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.

Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master degree in any fields with an excellent academic background
  • Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership Have strong analytical thinking and skills
  • Curious individuals who are able to make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
  • Proficient in English and Thai
  • Thai Nationality
