Do you want to lead marketing and commercial plans for new and fast-growing platforms for P&G?
Working in the digital marketing and eCommerce team allows you to work on a new and in-demand capability in the company. As a digital marketing manager, you will lead the entire P&G business on new digital and social medial platforms. You will have the freedom to work on our entire portfolio of products. As part of the dynamic eCommerce team, you will play a lead role in business planning, campaign creation, and media execution and optimization.
Working in this exciting and fast-growing space makes your role critical to set-up the future for P&G!

Your team
As a digital marketing and e-commerce manager, you join a multi-functional team and report to the commercial director.

Whatsuccess looks like
Our assignments offer you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical, and leadership skills. You will work as a business leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. Your role will require a lot of new learning and experimentation for the company on new digital platforms and fast-growing channels.

Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master degree in any field with an excellent academic background

  • Experience in digital/tech industry: preferably in big eCommerce businesses, CRM programs, digital-led start-up companies

  • Have proven success from work experience

  • Have strong analytical thinking and leadership skills

  • Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing

  • Proficient in English and Thai
