Description
Roles and reponsbilitities
  • Management of social insurance/HAF(House accumulated fund) and social insurance: enrollment, withdraw, payment, transfer, annual contribution adjustment, data update, tax report, on-site service
  • Management of key Benefit program: New housing program monthly management, service award delivery, employee purchase, meal allowance, shuttle bus
  • Management of employee personal files, documents, information, etc
  • Application of Hukou, Work Permit, Residence Permit, etc.
  • Management of Company Chop SOP and company Chop
  • Preparation of basic reports & analysis of C&B data.
  • Support site communication leader to execute communication activities, especially HR related site level communication.
  • SPOC of external policy understanding and education
  • HR Team admin support

Qualifications
Key competencies needed
  • Bachelor’s degree with good knowledge on Human resources and communication
  • Expertise on compensation and benefit
  • Strong learning ability and leadership
  • Proactive and passionate
  • Fluent English speaking and writing
  • Experience on multi-national companies is preferred.
