Apprenticeship in Engineering - Sustainability (M/F)

The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for hair-care products. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essence, Aussie, and Old Spice. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry.
Project Engineers handle new product initiatives, capacity increases and cost saving initiatives. The Engineering manager is responsible to deliver these initiatives against cost, timing and technical requirements. Therefore he/she is running a multi-functional team.
Your Role in Engineering:
Apprenticeship is the opportunity to meet different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and the results of those decisions through. Discovering our leading technologies which are world-renowned and the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, coaching and training.
The sustainable development project Net 0:
Net 0 is a global project where Blois has been defined as a Pilot plant. Objectives of this pilot is to define and implement breakthrough technologies to enable the site to be neutral in term of Green House Gaz and water consumption. You would work for utilizing data to lessen environmental footprint and increase sustainability
Program to reduce carbon impact:
- Analyze Energy consumption
- Lead PDCA and action plan
- Support the Project leader on the Gaz consumption reduction and calories recovery projects
Program to reduce water consumption:
- Analyze Water treatment efficiency (data collection, Support Process Tech on external audit, define action plan, implement action plan and KPI tracker)
- Reuse Water project support (Technical base plan definition, Feasibility cost estimate, Saving assessment…)
- Water Loss map update and monthly reconciliation (water consumption, key losses, Project lead: Cross Over Matrix implementation)

We are looking for:
Master level students in Engineering (Bac+3 to Bac+6)
Environmental (water, energy, sustainability) specialist
Good command of French and English
Ability to bring innovation to your work, while having the capacity to analyze situations and provide solutions
Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people
Project Management knowledge (CDC, GANTT, ...)
Proficient in Microsoft Office package and Data Analytics
