Process Engineer Apprentice – Packaging Department
The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for
group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. Integrate P&G is an opportunity to take up various challenges, to discover our technologies and our methods. Your goal will be to develop your own abilities through work experience, tutoring and training.
Attached to the Packaging department, you will participate in the development of a "Zero qualification stategy" continuous improvement mission aimed at developing a digital simulation test model as part of the launch of the industrialization of our new products on the Blois site (Manufacturing, packaging, transport, etc.).
Your goal? Understand, streamline and optimize physical product launch testing through a digital simulation system. To carry out your mission, you will collaborate with a team of experts based in France and the United States.
Collect, analyze, and mappe the current test processes
Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment using Lean Manufacturing tools to develop a digital test simulation model
Fit for use phase to adapt the model you create to our manufacturing process
Testing phase and simulation model
Validation of a confidence index
Deployment of the model on the Blois site
Develop team skills through problem solving tools

Are you the student we are looking for?
Currently studying engineering school / master's degree in processes engineer, packaging, industrial & mechanical engineering, automation
Good understanding of software and software operation
Good command of English and French
Available 1 to 3 years
