Contract Manufacturing QA Manager - Pharmaceutical
• Handle the quality and compliance for assigned Contract Manufacturing Organizations by applying best practices
• Acts as single point of contact for dedicated CMOs – including troubleshooting, complaints management, change control management, business continue strategy, suppliers’ management, product quality reviews, product lifecycle management, quality agreements, audits and interface with regulatory affairs
• Possibility to travel when required to vendor manufacturing plants
Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven experience in contract manufacturing quality within the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering or microbiology
• Advanced English communication skills
• Demonstrated good interpersonal, communication, organizational, presentation skills
• Good influencing and problem solving capabilities
• Strong quality orientation including the ability to focus on details and adherence to standards while maintaining a business perspective
