Sales - Customer Team Specialist - P&G Albertson's Customer Team

As a member of the P&G's Albertson's Sales Team located in Boise, Idaho, the Customer Team Specialist will interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders across different departments and operate as a central point of contact/ support for the Albertson's Sales team. Daily tasks may include gathering, recording, detecting patterns and insights from, reporting, and developing solutions based on data within their domain. The Customer Team Specialist will think independently, effectively prioritize requests, and deliver timely relevant information to the Albertson's Sales team including:

  • Clear written communication skills for daily communication both internal and external facing.

  • Priority setting when given multiple tasks.  Ability to discern the critical items vs. those that can wait, and ability to negotiate timings as needed.  This role with work with several stakeholders and it will be important to manage workload while maintaining strong relationships.

  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources/ complex data sets. 

  • Willingness to learn to use data and insights to develop plans and make recommendations to improve sales as needed on a day to day basis.

  • Single Point of Contact for Office Matters including but not limited to compliance with P&G and OSHA guidelines, contact for Building management for issues, ordering office supplies, managing mail and contracts for office equipment.

  • Overall, a get-up-and-go attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done is a must!


We believe you will be an excellent fit here if you meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • Experienced working with Power BI.  Power BI skillset includes data ingestion, connecting tables, visualizations, DAX, and Paginated Reports

  • Proficient using Excel, including advanced formulas and macros

  • Willingness to learn to use data and insights to develop plans and make recommendations to improve sales as needed on a day to day basis.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team environment

  • Strong focus and attention to detail

  • Strong communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • A technical aptitude and comfort that allows you to learn additional software applications

  • Must live within commuting distance as no relocation benefit is provided.
