Sales - Customer Team Specialist - P&G Albertson's Customer Team

Kick - start your career at P&G as a Customer Team Specialist where you will build long-term business relationships with customers and support them to meet their needs and goals.

You will join our P&G Albertson's Sales Team and will interact with internal and external stakeholders across various departments and operate as a central point of contact and support for the team.

Location: Boise, Idaho (downtown area) *Opportunity to work remotely twice a week
Schedule: Day shift (Monday – Friday)

How you will contribute:

  • Gather, record, and detect patterns and insights from reporting. Offer recommendations to improve sales

  • Develop solutions based on data within their domain

  • Be the single point of contact for building management issues, office matters including compliance with P&G and OSHA guidelines, ordering and maintaining office supplies, handling mail, and managing contracts for office equipment

  • Work with multiple data sources and complex data sets

  • Perform data management and reporting

  • Coordinate meetings and draft agendas

  • Provide administrative support to Sales director and team


What you will bring to P&G:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 5 years’ experience working in a customer facing role (retail manager, customer service, marketing or sales admin)

  • Independent thinking (self-directed)

  • Organization and the ability to prioritize requests and tasks

  • Business written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient use of Excel, including formulas and macros

  • Strong focus and attention to detail

  • A technical aptitude and comfort
