We have an exciting opportunity based in Boston, MA as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive and leadership team. This position requires someone who can build and maintain relationships crucial to the success of the Executive and the organization and represent the Company and the Executive’s office to the organization and their external visitors.
You will provide administrative, technical, and project management support in the day to day operations of Global Grooming Product Supply. You will serve as a strategic business partner—trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in—providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs. Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

We believe you would be an excellent fit here if you have:
Must have a minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree is helpful
3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong technical skills and proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Clear ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong organization and follow through skills
Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude
