I am surrounded by the best talent, the brightest experts, and a vast body of resources to help me get my work done. I've also been immersed in a culture where teaching generously, learning continuously, and leading boldly are all ubiquitous virtues. By taking full ownership of my projects, I've been given the opportunity to make decisions and take risks, and have been encouraged to ask questions and disrupt. Everyone is willing to listen and to share no matter their title. It is a diverse workforce as a result of the company's global presence, which opens up dialogues that lead to many opportunities to learn from people all over the world and from different walks of life.
