MEANINGFUL WORK:
As a manager with us in HR, you'll have the responsibility to lead the Art of Shaving Business through HR assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements. This is not your typical HR work – you will have truly important work from Day One. The HR Manager is a part of the Grooming HR Team and will be the single point of contact for The Art of Shaving Business for all HR needs. The HR Manager will have the opportunity to build proven relationships across the organization that allow the individual to influence directly and indirectly successful implementation of broad business, HR, and change initiatives. You will own all HR systems for the Art of Shaving such as onboarding and early development, work planning and performance management, rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion, culture events, employee satisfaction surveys and unemployment management.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • BA, Master's in Human Resource Management, MBA or other related degree
  • Have knowledge of employment laws for the US
  • Are intermediate to advanced at Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charting, and Data Mining). ADP systems a plus
  • Experience preferred, but not required in employee relations and retail
