The Supply Chain Initiative Manager plays a critical role in P&G as the program manager and operations leader for product, process and commercial innovation.

From Day 1, as a key leader in the business team, you are responsible for documenting the commercial and system requirements of the initiative, creating a critical path schedule, and ensuring key milestones are met toward executional excellence. You will be a part of The Art of Shaving brand of products and a key member of the business team enabling our national and category results. As a member of the World Shaving Headquarters in Boston, you will join a family of P&G's globally recognized Grooming brands such as Gillette, Venus, Braun & Joy.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading multi-functional project teams from concept creation through implementation and launch

  • Leading resolution on critical business issues using data and engagement to develop solutions quickly

  • Managing critical path schedules to deliver project milestones

  • Owning the development and execution of key supply chain activities

  • Working end to end supply chain solutions in partnership with Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Marketing and Sales partners


Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or other related fields OR have a bachelor’s degree with at least two years Supply Chain Management experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel or other data analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communication, leadership and project management.

  • Experience in transportation, warehousing, supply planning and distribution is beneficial.
