Quality Assurance Manager

How would you like to make sure our systems make products that are world-class in quality? We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Senior Manager at our Greensboro, NC - Brown Summit site! Your impact would touch everything from developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Quality Systems, in addition to procedures, and standards for on-going production and initiative delivery—in compliance with regulations for drug products, medical devices and cosmetic products.

On our team, you’ll have direct responsibility for the management of on-site Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) personnel. You’ll play a key part in driving the integrity of our brands and helping us deliver our Quality Promise: “Quality our consumers, customers, regulators, and employees trust – everywhere, every time!”
Must have a minimum Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Analytical, Chemical Engineering, or similar science degree
Minimum five years’ experience in manufacturing operations or QA/QC operations
Ability to support external and internal GMP audits
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in products regulated as drugs, medical devices and cosmetics in consumer goods or pharmaceutical products preferred
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
