Brand Management Traineeship isintensive preparation for a business & marketing management role that provides you an opportunity to join our organization for 6-12 months with the intention to offer full-time managerial position in Marketing upon successful completion of the program. As a build from within company, we find our Trainees the best pipeline of talent for our permanent positions.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A TRAINEE IN P&G?
Marketing is at the core of P&G. Your role will be to build brand equities to fully meet consumers’ needs and become the preferred product choice in your market; to build and deliver winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers, customer and competitive and ambitious environment.
You will be offered a position in a multi-functional Brand team- organized around the brands that we sell in Hungary (Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Oral B, Always, Head & Shoulders) - consisting of managers with different functional expertise and background. During your Traineeship you will be:
Part of diverse international team managing our leading brands
Analyzing your business and buildings recommendations todevelop your strategic & business thinking
Developing local consumer insights and competitive understanding together with our Analytics & Insights team
Designing & executing communication campaigns (media, sampling, CRM, endorsements, PR, events etc.), collaborating with agencies on best-in-class plans & toolkits (regional campaign localization or development of local campaigns)
Co-leading strategic innovation programs (monitoring execution in market and design of future programs)
Cooperating with local Sales teams to understand local market & retail dynamics to feed our future plans
WHAT WE OFFER?
Traineeship for 6 - 12 months on employment contract(we do not require student status for this role)

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FOR US IF YOU:
Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties
Are available to work min 32 hours/week
Have initial experience in marketing (i.e. internships/ student organizations) or strong interest in the area
Can communicate proficiently in English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
Have strong leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills
Have excellent collaboration skills and ability work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative
Have time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievable
You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct
