And now we are looking for an Intern to join our Commercial team this autumn for 3-6 months.

If you are a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree university student or fresh graduate with strong dedication to lead, a hunger to learn, a thirst to overcome barriers and with an interest in pursuing a career at P&G – this Internship is for you! From day one you will be co-leading your own commercial strategy and trade marketing projects and learn how to develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth customer, market and trade analysis. Within your assignment you will have a chance to cooperate with several departments such as logistics, finance, marketing that will enable you to link the P&G and external world business and financial dynamics. Pretty cool, right?

Commercial Internship is intensive preparation for a Sales Managerial development program that provides you an opportunity to join our best-in-class Sales organization for 3-6 months where you will get to know how a world-class sales & trade marketing organization operates. No previous experience is required!

Upon successful completion of your Internship, you will be offered a longer traineeship opportunity at P&G that will take you a step further towards a full-time managerial role in our commercial department.

Starting date: October/November 2022

Duration: 3 months (full time) to 6 months (part time)

Work schedule: 20 – 40 hours per week, depending on your availability

Location: Budapest General Office


You will enjoy quite a lot in those 3 to 6 months. In short, you will:

  • Make data-based commercial recommendations for a category in Hungary (e.g.: Laundry with Ariel, Oral Care with Oral-B, Baby Care with Pampers, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders, etc.) The mission will be to improve turnover and Sales fundamentals by suggesting strategic choices in terms of budget, assortment and promotion. Working alongside the Commercial Leaders is also an significant part of the mission.

  • Be externally focused on national key accounts such as Rossmann, DM, Auchan, Spar, etc. but also online retailers such as eMag, eDigital and will get an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs. Based upon this, you will contribute to negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.

  • Have interest and passion for starting your career in commercial role

  • Are a Graduate of Bachelor program or a student of 3rd*, 4th and 5th year of Masters

  • Are fluent in Hungarian and English

  • Have a driver's license (and are an active driver)

  • Have strong leadership, initiative and strategic analysis thinking skills

  • Have positive attitude towards changes & challenges

  • Have a desire to constantly learn something new

  • Can imagine yourself leading your own team or even the entire office one day
