Then Future Key Account Manager Program in our Strategic Sales department is the right place for you! Future Key Account Manager Program is intensive preparation for a business management role that provides you an opportunity to join our best-in-class Sales organization for 9-12 months with the intention to provide you to offer full-time managerial position as Key Account Manager upon successful completion of the program. As a build from within company, we find our Trainees the best pipeline of talent for our permanent positions.  


You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes. You will learn and execute concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (online, hypermarkets, supermarkets, drug stores among others).

In short, Future Key Account Manager Program combines 2 areas of Sales Work in which you will have the chance to learn skills which every good sales leader needs to have:  

  • Be Integral Part of our Key Account Team: You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or a customer. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom.

  • Win Where the Shopper Shops: Already in the first phase of your journey, you are fully responsible for your own accounts within the Commercial Field Force. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future.

During the program you will:

  • Be externally focused, on national key Customers (like Rossmann, DM, Auchan, Spar) or online retailers (such as eMag, eDigital) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to negotiations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations

  • Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving and merchandising strategies

  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements

  • Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding 

  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results

  • Be part of a team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important


  • Traineeship for 9- 12 months on employment contract (student status not required for this role)

  • Having an opportunity for full time managerial Key Account Manager role upon the successful completion of the program with diverse career perspectives including new job assignments every 2-3 years to gain experience in different areas of Strategic Sales work

  • Have interest and passion for starting your career in sales

  • Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation)  

  • Are available to work full time for 9-12 months

  • Have a driver's license (and are an active driver)

  • Can communicate proficiently in English and Hungarian (written and spoken)

  • Have strong leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills

  • Have excellent collaboration skills and ability work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative

  • Have time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievable
