As Human Resources Services and Solutions Manager
You will lead Local HRSS operations and regional external and internal partners to drive operational excellence of all services delivered within LA
You will be responsible for the delivery of new Initiatives in the Market, (driven by the Service Line, Global, Regional or by the Market) guaranteeing focus via Joint Business Planning and Master Plan priority setting. Partnership with local HR and Service Lines is required to balance the local and global priorities.
Also you will be responsible for the E2E Local Benefits execution and the execution of all processes delivered by the Market Operation & Care (MOC) team. Entire MOC Team will report this position.
You will be the single point of contact for HR Services for Argentina Plants
- Market Initiative Planning via Joint Business Plan
- Deliver value to the Market with the execution of initiatives driven by the Global Service Line
- Partner with Global Service Lines to deliver initiatives for local needs
- Responsible for all in-scope for internal audits
Operational Excellence is key to:
- Guarantee execution & delivery against agreements, stewardship and compliance.
- Improve process
- Partner with HR to guarantee Market Discipline to follow HRSS processes and approval of exceptions related to operational excellence (HR policies exception is out of scope and remains as part of HR area).
In this role you will also get to lead Initiatives and Projects (on demand) and Change Requests execution (on demand)
