El PST es responsable de brindar una ventaja competitiva sostenida para Pampers en autoservicios independientes grandes y pequeños. Esto se logra construyendo una relación duradera entre Pampers y los dueños de las tiendas.

Responsabilidades clave:

1) Visitar las tiendas con regularidad para motivar y desarrollar la relación con los propietarios y encargados de tienda.

2) Desarrollar la capacidad de ser un Experto en la categoría, para despejar las dudas que puedan surgir y fidelizarse con la marca.

3) Ser los ojos de la marca en la calle: PST trabajará con el Category Leader sobre que se necesita hacer para ganar en el punto de venta y planificar en consecuencia, además de hacer un seguimiento de los precios, promociones y las medidas claves de ejecución del canal.

4) Potenciar la demanda al influir con dirección estratégica y crear un entorno colaborativo donde se desarrollen, implementen y midan planes comerciales centrados en el consumidor, lo que mejora los resultados operativos.

Cualificaciones

·Experiencia (mínimo 2-3 años) en ventas y gestión de clientes o puntos de venta.

· Disponibilidad para viajar (con alta frecuencia, 50% del tiempo)

·Conocimientos avanzados o experiencia con Microsoft Office.

·Alta proactividad y capacidad para organizar prioridades

·Capacidad de Trabajo en equipo

·Orientación al resultado

·Comunicación efectiva, con habilidades probadas en negociación e influencia

The PSR is responsible for delivering a sustained competitive advantage for Pampers at Large and Small Super Markets. This is accomplished by building a long-lasting relationship between Pampers and the Store Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit Stores regularly to empower and establish the relationship with the Store Owners. Develop the capability of being a Pampers Expert, so as to clear any doubts might come across and become loyal to the brand. Be the eyes of Pampers in the street: PSR must tell the Category Leader what needs to be done to win so as to plan consequently, as well as tracking prices, promotions and KBD’s of the channel. Increase demand for Pampers products by influencing the Stores strategic consumer direction and creating a collaborative environment where consumer focused business plans are developed, implemented, and measured, which improves operating results.

Qualifications
  • Availability to travel (with high frequency)

  • Advanced knowledge or experience with Microsoft office.

  • Technical degree or university degree required

  • Experience (approximately 2-3 years) in sales and customer management
