Global Supply Chain Visualization Data Analyst
You are the critical leader to develop Supply Chain Visualization and to leverage information to drive better business decision-making. You will work closely with all parts of the company to understand both current and future business needs to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives using state of the art & industry leading Demand & Supply Planning Analytics in Supply Chain Solutions.
Your work will enable faster & smarter decision making by helping P&G adopt solutions, services, platforms & turning information into actionable insights. Growing in this area allows you to eventually lead multi-million dollar projects across multiple geographies that have significant impact on transformational business results and industry wide recognition
You will be responsible for Leveraging analytics and data to deliver insights in several Supply Chain domains . With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge and business insight, you’ll answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver critical insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.
You are responsible to Global Automation & Visualization Service Director & work with multiple regions and teams from diverse background to establish positive relations and delivering value.
You will be responsible for technical design and implementation of scalable and high-performance data visualization tools as Software as a Service or Platform/Infrastructure as a service (when needed). Provides going level 3 problem and change support. Owns tool governance and best practices, manage suppliers use to help execute the work. Provides expert-level consulting as part of the BI Center of Expertise.
Lead analysis and insight in supply chain planning area to shift from descriptive to prescriptive analytics for greater value creation to business with modern analytics tools, visualization and algorithm.
To build hands-on expertise in core planning systems and closely work with business teams in driving work process analytics automation and optimization.
Responsible for complex businesses/business problems and driving the analytic approach to business unit to drive disproportionate business value
Supplier Management: Develop a collaborative and healthy relationship with P&G's external suppliers of technology and services to create maximum benefits on both sides of the partnership.
Your work with Supply Chain business teams in Procter & Gamble to learn business domain.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems, Programming / Software Development, Operations Research or Statistics and want to build on this with continuous learning and bringing the “outside in”. Experience in Supply Chain is a bonus.
Experience in advance analytics, big data, machine learning.
Experience in designing visualization to maximize user experience and effective decision making
Innovation Mindset – Ability to assess business operations and identify opportunities, then drive business case
Proficient to advance in programming language for analytics e.g. Python, R, SQL
Proficient to advance in visualization in PowerBI/Tableau or other viz tool
Experience in data engineering using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, Knime
Experience in Agile project (SCRUM, Kanban) and operate in DevOps, CI/CD environments
IT Security & Risk – In touch with modern IT security risks and principles.
Proven ability to handle concurrent priorities, strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others and act collaboratively across functions
