Sales Unit Manager

As a Sales Unit Manager, you are in charge for a significant portion of our business, maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives and by enabling your team to deliver on these plans. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of the product categories and markets you are leading. Whilst building the plans, not only will you demonstrate and expand your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as part of the responsibility for your unit, clients and team end to end. You'll need to reinforce trust, team spirit, and a culture for winning and leadership within your Customer team!
- Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with your customers
- Acquire a deep understanding customer needs and requirements
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers, categories and market
- Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to clients, channel & unit
- Negotiating contracts, promo plans and innovations
- Preparing volume forecast and plans
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments;
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s/Master's Degree with 2- 5 years of meaningful Sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred)
Born leader and are hardworking to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales / Marketing\
Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work
Strong analytical thinking and skills
