Overview of the job

In this role, you will lead all IT operations in Chonan DC and Sydney Distribution Center in Australia and will collaborate with local resources to support IT components in the OT space. You will be closely working with regional operations leader, Plant IT leader, site cybersecurity SPOC and establish strong relationship with the Product Supply community.

Your team

You will join up with PS functions (e.g.: Cybersecurity leader for OT security, PC & IS for OT applications & infrastructure, Site digital champion for portfolio & priorities) and GBS functions (e.g.: Reg. Sector Ops, GBS IT Operations and NetOps team to drive OPEX & Resiliency).

How success looks like

  • GBS SPOC to Plant leadership (GBS stands for Global Business Services)

  • Owns site IT Master Plan to enable the site digital strategy and ensures integration with all other major site activities – avoid conflicts with initiatives, local projects, audits, etc. (could be owned by the ITOT Leader or the Site Digital Champion depending on the individuals and the site dynamics).

  • Responsible for excellence execution of GBS contributions to the site digital strategy and master plan.

  • Ensure an active Site Digital Team in place driving site digitization and innovation.

  • Accountable for ITOT governance practices (system architecture, CSA, portfolio, stewardship) ensuring maintenance of IT infrastructure and application, resulting in compliant environments.

  • Accountable for daily E2E site operations.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Bring together the site digital team (Key Users, Cyber Security Leader, Start-Up Leaders, Cluster IT Leader, Site E2E IT Ops Leader).

  • Work resource needs with site leadership.

  • Seek to identify value creation and innovation opportunities through mastery of the local environment, leveraging local loss analysis processes, sector innovation leaders and the site digital champion.

  • Publish regular ITOT Scorecards & hold appropriate resources accountable for delivering.

  • Drive reapplication across the site, remove barriers, and facilitate issue resolution where required.

  • Manage the site IT budget

  • Incident Management: Resolve most technical incidents independently within your technical area. Work with team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents, interoperating with the P&G business and P&G operating standards, key personnel, and partners.

  • Escalation Management: identify potential escalations and alert management proactively, interoperating with the P&G business and P&G operating standards, key personnel, and partners.

  • Problem Management: Begin to proactively and reactively provide solutions to prevent problems from occurring in area of responsibility, interoperating with the P&G business and P&G operating standards, key personnel and partners.

  • Change Management/Implementation: Independently review, implement, and verify changes/solutions of moderate complexity and risk to the IT infrastructure needs within area(s) of technical responsibility, interoperating with the P&G business and P&G operating standards, key personnel and partners.

  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT/OT operations and work closely with Service Operations Leader & P&G TSP to deliver the agreed Continuous Improvement plan

  • Site Control Self-Assessment (CSA): Support & Execute all Site CSA’s (internal controls) together with the Cyber Security Leader. Continuously maintain the list of IT assets to facilitate the execution of those CSA’s (e.g.: Network elements, Servers, Applications).


Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in IT field with preferred fields as: Service Operations, Application & Integration, IT/OT Infrastructure SME, Collaboration/Vendor /Partner Management, Project Management, and IT Security & Risk

  • Have Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean/English.

  • Completed or exempted from Military service.

  • Legal eligibility to work in Korea.
