Procter & Gamble is looking for a candidate with strong media experience across print, radio/digital audio, OOH and media systems operations. Ideal candidates will have experience leading strategic thinking in media strategy, marketplace/supplier assessments, and solid experience with media buying systems. The role will sit in a center of excellence to coach brands on media strategy and execution, train and create new capabilities.
Assistant Brand Manager Media Operations - Role Description
As Assistant Brand Manager Media Operations, you work across an ecosystem of Brands, Agencies, Media Suppliers and Technology Suppliers to support brands in delivering their media strategy, vet new capabilities and create effective process to enable excellent stewardship and optimization of brand plans.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
• Provide coaching for brands on print, audio, OOH strategy.
• Assess brand needs across categories to create new capabilities withmedia or technology suppliers.
• Assess supplier capabilities and matching with brand needs,
ensuring that we are driving the creation of new capabilities and
opportunities with key suppliers
• Own stewardship guidelines, process and reporting.
• Issue resolution across the entire end to end process to enable the
brand to deliver on business needs including managing agency
resources, supplier remediation and process changes.
• Create and deliver training and best practices to internal brand teams
including market landscape, capabilities and targeting best practices.
• Work with Agencies and Suppliers to drive automation and system
linkages across the media brief to buying to billing process.
Assistant Brand Manager Digital Operations - The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience leading strategy either at an advertiser or an agency. The candidate should have the ability to work in a complex organization and collaborate well to build relationships across functions and agencies. Analytical skills to look across categories, platforms and capabilities to assess what is working via assessing both detailed data and process is a must. You will be working for one of the largest advertisers across a diverse set of brands with unique cultures and business needs and need to adapt, collaborate and be focused on driving the
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
•4+ years job experience
•3+ years relevant media planning or buying experience in Print, Audio &
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong ability to develop collaborative relationships across multiple
