Brand Management – Innovation Associate Brand Manager
P&G is looking to expand its team and step-change its approach to Innovation. We are looking for exceptional talent to join our diverse, multifunctional team and help us identify territories for future product innovation in a start-up-like, entrepreneurial environment. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies and plans in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams as well as external creative and communication agencies.
The Brand Management function at P&G produces the majority of the company’s General Managers as well as future CEO’s. P&G Brand Management is about growing our Brands, Business, and People. You will help us remain on the cutting edge of marketing, helping us find new and exciting ways to reach consumers.
The ideal candidate will carry a College degree (preferably Masters) and be able to demonstrate
• 2-3 years of experience in a start-up / entrepreneurial context, including the development and implementation of a business model
• Branding/Marketing experiences, with preference for digital / DTC (Direct to Consumer) including content development and consumer-acquisition strategy.
• Curiosity and bias for action: This will be a new and fast paced organization and the team will be charging new ground for P&G, so it will imperative that this person approach things with a sense of curiosity and willingness to innovate, learn and lead change.
We want someone with:
•2-3 years of experience in a start-up / entrepreneurial context, including the development and implementation of a business model
•College Degree (preferably Masters)
•Branding/Marketing experiences, with preference for digital / DTC (Direct to Consumer) including content development and consumer-acquisition strategy.
