Supply Chain- Capacity Planner & Service Leader

Responsible for application and overall effectiveness of CSP (Category Supply Planning) work processes within the Planning Service Center. Develops skills in CSP work processes, system functionalities and business scenarios that support CSP work processes and relevant key integration points with other business processes. Serves to build capability to exploit existing solutions, as well as creating the capability foundation necessary to implement new technologies and deliver business strategies. Works with Key Users and Supply Network Operations Leaders within the Planning Center to develop and deliver capability. Allows the Planning Service Center to achieve the CBN’s of the businesses they support. Leverages HPN to reapply and develop solutions to meet current and future needs.
Strong Data Analytic skills. Ability to work with and quickly understand datasets to identify system issues, problems, challenges. Experience in Tableau, Power BI, Power Aps, Statistical Analysis, Effective visual presentation of data, PowerPoint, Presentation Skills.
Agility, and time management skills. The ability to work across multiple business problems, set-and-meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Ability to start with an open-ended question, develop a program to answer the question, and funnel down to an application or a focused use case.
Builds Diverse & Collaborative Relationships: The development of relationships will be critical to your success in supporting the NA CRN Network and will require building relationships across multiple levels of leadership and central and business leaders to engage resources to deliver results.
Flexibility with a strong desire to have fun. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to obtain the unique and rare skill of Warehouse Capacity Planning. North America Marketing Warehouse Operations is a very fast-paced atmosphere that requires learning quickly and thinking on your feet. The individual in this role will be challenged at times but will leave fulfilled with a sense of directly contributing to the bottom line, have a voice in the business, and working alongside a great team of like-minded partners, all pushing toward a common goal.
