Are you an outstanding high school senior looking for an exciting apprenticeship at a top company?



The Procter & Gamble Careers in Business Initiative Program offers you a chance to: 1) Attend P&G Interview Day at Procter & Gamble Worldwide Headquarters and 2) Interview during P&G Interview Day for a possible Summer Apprenticeship.



At P&G Interview Day you will have an opportunity to learn how P&G is organized and talk with a diverse group of successful employees within the Company. You'll learn about P&G's commitment to diversity, gain insight into all business areas, and interview for an 8 week Full-time Apprenticeship for the summer following your graduation from high school and subsequent summers rotating through different areas of the Company.



Students selected for an Apprenticeship with Procter & Gamble will have an opportunity to work Full-time for 8 weeks in the summer. You'll receive business training, perform tasks that are a match with your skills, have a real "hands-on" experience and "own" significant responsibilities. You'll receive coaching and experienced managers will evaluate your performance. Also, you will have an opportunity to meet former Apprentices from local high schools and be a part of social and community service activities.



If you’re a good fit, you’ll:




· Be in your senior year of high school




· Plan to continue your education at a college or university





If you’re a really good fit, you’ll:




· Be in good academic standing




· Have leadership experience within your extracurricular organizations




· Have a desire to learn more about business opportunities


Qualifications
To have your application reviewed for P&G Interview Day, you must be a high school senior and have the following qualifications:
be a leader in your school or community
good academic record
intend to continue your education
desire to learn more about business opportunities before entering college
High school seniors who meet the above qualifications could be invited to participate in a telephone screening interview. We will select participants for P&G Interview Day from those screening interviews. Apprenticeships will be offered on the basis of interviews during P&G Interview Day.
