The Opportunity

Procter & Gamble is seeking to fill this position in its North America Fabric Care business unit in Cincinnati, OH.

Digital shopping continues to soar among consumers, and Fabric Care’s eCommerce team is leading the company’s efforts in winning with the consumer at the digital shelf. Our mission is to grow this part of the business profitably, without sacrificing the consumer product or shopping experience. As the digital landscape constantly evolves, it takes quick and iterative thinking to develop strong Go-to-Market plans that win with the Consumer, Customer, and Company.

This position will effectively manage the way our Brands show up on digital, establishing a sustainable e-Content (text, images, videos, shelf assortment) strategy that wins with the consumer and drives business results, allowing P&G Fabric Care to win now and in the future.

Job Description

As the Digital Commerce Brand Manager, you will:

  • Work with category Brand teams to deliver digital initiatives on time and with excellence
  • Own budget over d-Commerce test & learn investment choices (e-Content & research)
  • Be an excellent cross-functional partner, working across internal Brand teams, Consumer Market Knowledge groups, Agencies, and other third-party vendors.
  • Understand the business unit’s key growth strategies to drive P&G Fabric Care’s total brand and product portfolio
  • Develops capabilities to measure business results as an effect of improved e-Content strategies
  • Initiate test-and-learn programs, including establishing success criteria and measurement plans across emerging and existing d-Commerce platforms
  • Effectively navigate an increasingly complex and fragmented digital landscape to position P&G Fabric Care to win
  • Adhere to a growth and performance-driven mindset

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who are:

  • Energized by using integrative thinking to solve tough business problems and leveraging diverse sources of knowledge from analytics to consumer research
  • Knowledgeable of e-Commerce landscape as it relates to digital shopping, platforms, and consumer behavior.
  • Curious, collaborative, flexible and agile
  • Eager to continue to learn and develop undisputed mastery in an emerging area



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of digital brand building experience, CPG preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year of project management experience
