Fabric Care Sales Operations Administrator
As the Fabric Care Sales Operations Administrator, you will have
Leadership – This position needs a strong level of leadership and individual initiative. Handling administrative responsibilities for the internal sales leaders and sales team independently is critical.
Strong Collaboration & Communication Skills – This role will interact with a wide range of individuals across levels, organizations, and locations and requires high-level collaboration skills. Must be able to proactively and constructively resolve conflict. This role will lead and partner work with the Fabric Care Business Units and Retail Customer teams at all levels. This position must make decisions quickly and with assertiveness, often without consultation with management.
Mastery – This role requires a blend of technical/administrative skills as well as business/organization mastery and ability to handle complex, rapidly changing situations with a multitude of parties. The person has to deal with a high level of sensitive company and personnel information, including personnel management support (handling upcoming people moves, etc.). Advanced written and oral communication skills. Ability to simplify key information and develop compelling presentations. High comfort level with computer systems is a must as is a passion to learn and apply new tools to improve organizational productivity.
Initiative, capacity and agility– This role has a number of disparate elements, and requires an individual who can manage multiple and competing priorities through significant work surges throughout the year while keeping ongoing work on track.
