Are you dependable, responsive, and lead by example? This is a challenging, yet exciting opportunity to become the key support resource for our exclusive Brand HR Leadership Team. We want someone who can bring their best self to work every single day.

What does the work look like?

As a Human Resources (HR) Assistant, you are the owner for key Brand HR processes and systems for our Brand Function and the Corporate Brand Business Unit (about 200 employees). We will ask you to handle multiple priorities, operate independently and work effectively with a variety of Global contacts. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Global Brand HR Director and one Associate Director.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes initiative to lead processes with a continuous improvement mindset, designs office systems to improve quality and maximize efficiency, and lead other projects as assigned.
  • Identifies problems and actively seek out solutions without much/any guidance-effectively utilizing the network of HR professionals globally to produce solutions
  • Handles and safeguards significant amounts of sensitive data and maintain a high level of discretion
  • Communicates well with a diverse organization and become a key HR representative and resource to the organization.
  • Has proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Is willing to learn various Procter & Gamble and Human Resource systems.
  • Has social and time management skills - extraordinary follow-through, attention to details, extensive calendar management across time zones, and can multi-task effectively.
  • Plans for and organizes various required meetings for the Brand Function
  • Handles the calendar (invitations, conflicts, changes) for 2 Executives including a Director and an Associate Director.
  • Can prepare expense reports for the 2 managers the role is supporting. Limited help with complex international travel may also be needed occasionally.

We believe you are an excellent fit for this role if, you:

  • Have an AA, AS BA, or BS degree in HR or related field of study.
  • Have at least 3 years experience in an administrative support role. (Previous HR experience is not necessary but we would love for you to tell us if you have it).
