IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be located at the Cincinnati General Offices and join a team of Project Management professionals that deliver critical IT Programs and Projects across the enterprise.

SO WHAT IS THE ROLE?
You will have the opportunity to lead a variety of projects across different parts of the business. Whether it is implementing new technologies and solutions, driving business transformation, or working with data analytics, you will be able to utilize your skills while developing expertise across different domains. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
- Work together with key business partners to develop the right strategies and detailed plans to successfully deliver your projects.
- Collaborate with other experts to establish technical plans, governance, and stewardship to protect the company’s data.
- Establish and lead the right communication mechanisms with key partners.
- Engage key resources across the organization to ensure key requirements are met, and drive the appropriate changes as needed.
- Own vendor management and governance as needed.
- Establish the right team structure and provide mentoring and guidance to project team members.

- 3+ years relevant Project Management Experience
- Experience delivering both Waterfall and Agile projects
- Experience with Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM)
College Degree, ideally in an IT-related field
Strong track record leading the successful delivery of IT projects
Highly disciplined. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effective work and communicate with both business and technical teams
Ability to successfully lead multiple priorities
